I am My approach to therapy is all about creating a safe, understanding space where people can explore their feelings without judgment. I focus on actively listening to each person and helping them find practical ways to handle challenges in their life. I believe therapy is a partnership where we work together to find what works best for you and your unique circumstances. By focusing on your strengths and identifying your inner wisdom, we can build a path forward that is authentic to you.

Fun Facts: In my spare time, I make stained glass windows and lamps from a workshop in my garage. I have a strong interest in writing and journaling, as I find that a great deal of self-actualization can be found through the written word. I also enjoy running at Liberty Park, bicycling the new 9 Line Trail in Salt Lake, and hiking in Millcreek Canyon.
