I am a licensed clinical social worker and enjoy helping individuals of all ages, couples, and families as they discover answers to their questions, create strategies for effective problem solving, and develop capacities they didn’t realize they possessed.

I enjoy biking, riding my Vespa scooter, and DIY projects. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner. Two of my favorite books are Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand and the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling.

My approach to therapy is all about creating a safe, understanding space where people can explore their feelings without judgment. I believe therapy is a partnership where we work together to find what works best for you and your unique circumstances. By focusing on your strengths and identifying your inner wisdom, we can build a path forward that is authentic to you.
