Tonya Miller, LCSW

I enjoy gardening, golfing, and watching British mysteries. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University, where I majored in Human Development and Family Science. I then earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Utah. Two of my favorite books are: A River Runs Through It by Norman MacLean and The Finer Points of Sausage Dogs by Alexander McCall Smith.

Therapeutic Modalities: Attachment-based therapy, along with Grief and Loss Support, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Lifespan Integration, Internal Family Systems, Play Therapy, and the Gottman Method

 

Trainings: Level III Lifespan Integration, Level I Gottman, Dialectic Behavioral Training, Internal Family Systems

 

Professional Memberships: National Association of Social Workers, Society For The Ethical Practice of Psychotherapy 

 

Fun Facts: I enjoy gardening, traveling, reading, doing jigsaw puzzles, arranging flowers, and golfing. Most of all I like hanging out with my family while watching British mysteries.
