FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Does CC&C accept insurance?
No, clients are billed directly.

We provide clients with monthly “superbills” that they can then submit to their insurance company for whatever their out-of-network reimbursement rate is. (We are happy to walk anyone through this process; however, it is the client’s responsibility to talk to their insurance company about what to expect.)

We can bill Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) directly.

We also work with clergy who are providing financial support for mental health to clients.

What are your rates?

Rates range from $35 - $325 per session and vary among providers, based on the following:

Years of experience

Licensure level

Services provided

Do you offer a sliding scale?

As a general rule, no.

Sliding scale arrangements are occasionally created, based on provider recommendation.

What is your cancelation policy?

Cancelations and rescheduled appointments are no problem, unless the provider is contacted less than 24 hours before the session.

If notice of cancelation is provided less than 24 hours before session, or if a client does not come to their session, a fee will be charged. Fees range from $35- $175, and vary according to which provider the client sees.

Exceptions to this policy can be discussed with your provider. Issues such as sudden illness or other emergencies will not necessarily generate a late-cancelation fee.

What is the Invisible Conditions Alert Program and can CC&C providers help clients navigate the application process, if requested?

Yes, CC&C providers are happy to help clients apply for supports offered via the Invisible Conditions Alert Program. For more information about Invisible Conditions Alert Program click here
