I am a licensed clinical social worker and enjoy helping individuals of all ages, couples, and families as they discover answers to their questions, create strategies for effective problem solving, and develop capacities they didn’t realize they possessed.

I help individuals achieve their life and wellness goals through self-awareness, self-compassion, and skill-building.

I work hard to hear all my clients needs, fears, and worries around medication. I provide a supporting environment and will make sure you understand the process of starting medication and what that will look like for you.
