Stephanie Todd, LCSW
Therapist

My passion for understanding the complexities of the human experience led me to pursue a career where I can help children, teens, and adults navigate life's challenges and find paths to healing and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is grounded in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore the roots of their struggles, develop effective coping strategies, and build long-lasting resilience.
I am committed to providing evidence-based, trauma-informed care, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities including mindfulness, experiential therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mind-body bridging, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and somatic experiencing. Additionally, I hold a certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work, with a focus on mental health and forensics, both from The University of Utah. I am licensed to practice in Utah.
In my free time you can find me creating art, playing chess, jamming out on the piano, on a walk with my cats, or reading a good book.
